At our gym you receive a Training & Nutritional program together with a body assessments every month. We have well experienced and friendly instructors/staff on the floor to assist you with what ever you need help with. At Arcon Park Gym we offer Aerobics, Functional Fit & Ripped core classes ext. which is very good for overall health and fitness.
We also offer THE BEST development programs for kids aged between 4 – 12 years. We are well associated with Monkeynastix and are one of their private venues(proven to be one of the best programs for kids for more than 20 years, also we’re the only gym in the Vaal Triangle who offer this exceptional program) We also offer Functional kids to help your kids with whatever development issues they might have.
Well our background comes from our founder Danst van Deventer, who devoted his career to helping people achieving their mental & physical goals. He himself came from a very unhealthy and bad lifestyle. Every piece of advice and info comes from someone who knows what it felt like struggling to achieve their goals. We at ACP Gym try to keep close relationships with all our members. In doing so want to ensure that we have a happy membership base, actually achieving their goals.
