The number of calories burned depends on the speed of movements,
step height, length of exercise, and the person’s height and weight.

 

Is a gymnastics programme for children between the
ages of 4 years to 12 years where they learn how to improve
their physical abilities such as suppleness, agility, and cardiovascular exercise.
Help them be on top of their game in school, whit the things
they don’t have time to learn in school.

It trains your muscles to work together and prepares them
for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home,
at work, or in sports.

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout
that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.
